Where is your factory located? Can I visit?

We are located in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, the “Socks Capital” of China (1 hour from Hangzhou/Yiwu airport). Yes, you are welcome to visit us to verify our quality and processes. Please book via our website or email.

What types of socks can you produce?

We make knitted socks and weave jacquard socks. Our range includes Custom Logo, Baseball, Dress, Compression, Grip, Fuzzy, Baby, and Diabetes socks.

What sizes and lengths are available?

What is the MOQ for custom socks?

Standard/Grip/Cushioned socks: 50 pairs. Fuzzy socks: 200 pairs.

What sizes are available for custom socks?

Can we make customized sock packaging?

Yes, we provide full packaging design and production. You can choose free options or complex personalized packaging to make your socks retail-ready.

What are the available sock lengths (heights)?

Options include No-show, Ankle, Crew, Mid-calf, Knee-high, and Thigh-high socks.

What materials do you use?

We use a wide range of materials such as Cotton, BCI Cotton, Bamboo, Spandex, Nylon, Coolmax, Wool, and Mercerized Cotton.

About Socks Design

Is the sock design service free?

Yes, design is free for all customers. We have dedicated designers to assist you.

How long does it take to get a sock design?

Usually 1-3 days. During office hours, we can often send it within a few hours.

Can I send you my own design?

Yes, we accept design files in any format. We recommend using our sock mockup to speed up the process.

Is there a limit to the number of colors in the design?

Generally, simple designs support up to 8 colors, and complex designs up to 5 colors. Send your design to FIS to confirm.

Are socks with different designs for left and right feet possible?

Yes, we can produce mismatched pairs with different designs for the left and right foot.

I have no idea how to design socks, can I get help?

Our design team offers free design and revisions until you are satisfied, creating styles suitable for your brand.

What is your OEM service procedures?

Confirm the artwork from the customer, modify it, and then make the samples. Making counter samples within 2–3 days. (A sample fee is required and will be returned after the order.) After the quality, price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production. Confirm the shipment details of the products, and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.

Production and Shipping

What is the delivery time for custom socks?

Standard production is 5-10 working days plus shipping time. We also offer free expedited services.

Can you make rush orders?

Yes, we handle rush orders for free. Contact FIS immediately to ensure the fastest production.

Where are the socks manufactured and shipped from?

Produced in our factory in Zhuji City, China, and usually shipped via Ningbo Port.

Can it be shipped internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that different regions may have specific tax policies.

Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes, we will email you the tracking code once the order is shipped.

About Price

What is the price of the socks?

Price depends on quantity; larger orders get bigger discounts. Contact our sales team for a specific quote.

Do I have to pay taxes or duties?

You will be responsible for any customs charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be, so you may be better off contacting your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier, not to us. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any shipping fees. Also, we can offer a DDP shipment and ask our forwarder to use door-to-door, which includes taxes or duties.

Are there any additional fees?

No. There are no hidden fees, no setup fees, and no rush fees.
