We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation,Please call us or tell us.
Yes, we will match the pantone color code with our actual color book for each material. If there is no closest color, we will arrange the special dyeing for the customer. This is how we make sure color matching is exact.
Artwork arrangement: you provide us with a ready-to-go AI, EPs, PSD, or a high-resolution .pdf file, we arrange on your socks of charge. Custom design: you provide an idea or a low-res.jpg or pdf, and our designers dig in to make sure the final product is beautiful and production-compatible. It’s also free of charge now.
Our design team is happy to help you create artwork free of charge, but if you are able to send us vector artwork or a PDF file, that will be very helpful.
Confirm the artwork from the customer, modify it, and then make the samples. Making counter samples within 2–3 days. (A sample fee is required and will be returned after the order.) After the quality, price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production. Confirm the shipment details of the products, and the cargo after inspection can be shipped.
The production cycle for each product is different. If you need further clarification, send me the product link and order quantity, and I will reply as soon as possible.
Here are all the certifications we have:Pekoe-Tex Standard 100, GRS,BSCI,Walmart,etc. Please contact us to get the report.
You will be responsible for any customs charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be, so you may be better off contacting your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier, not to us. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are separate from any shipping fees. Also, we can offer a DDP shipment and ask our forwarder to use door-to-door, which includes taxes or duties.
